A LINE official account plays different customer types and proactively asks questions; the owner answers from first-hand experience. AI polishes the spoken answer into a formal version and screens risk, and after human approval it officially enters the AI support knowledge base.
The demo auto-plays (~62 sec) and is presented in Traditional Chinese. The layout mirrors the real system UI and dialogue logic; it is a front-end auto-played simulation — no real code is executed and no external services or APIs are called.
